Improve Email Deliverability with Proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC Configuration

Dear Reseller,

Thank you for your continued trust in ResellerCamp. We would like to share an important update regarding improving email deliverability, especially for notification emails sent to your registrants.

Recently, we identified several cases where registrants did not receive emails sent by resellers due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete SPF configuration
  • DKIM not activated or not validated
  • DMARC not configured
  • Emails being filtered into spam/junk folders

To ensure your emails are delivered successfully, please review and apply the following recommendations.

1. SPF — Recommended SPF Record Example

If you are using your own hosting service + Amazon SES + ResellerCamp’s notification system, below is the recommended SPF record you may use:

v=spf1 include:spf.antispamcloud.com include:amazonses.com include:mail.liqu.id +ip4:103.160.37.210 +ip4:139.162.53.152 -all

Important notes:

  • Only one SPF record is allowed per domain.
  • If you're using additional email services (e.g., Mailgun, SendGrid), simply add the corresponding include: entry to the same SPF line.

2. DMARC — Recommended Initial Configuration

To maintain deliverability during adjustments and avoid legitimate emails being rejected, we recommend starting with:

v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:YOUR-EMAIL@yourdomain.com

You may tighten the policy to quarantine or reject once everything has been validated and is working well.

3. DKIM — Ensure It Is Enabled and Valid

Please ensure that DKIM:

  • Is enabled on your email platform
  • Has correct DNS entries
  • Shows a Valid / Pass status in your email authentication settings

DKIM is essential to preventing emails from landing in spam.

4. Recommended Diagnostic Tools

For easy verification and monitoring, we recommend using the following tool:

EasyDMARC Domain Scanner

You can use this tool to check:

  • SPF validation
  • DKIM status
  • DMARC enforcement
  • Overall domain email health & deliverability

Simply replace the domain in the scanner with your own.
