💡 Special Pricing for Partners with Specific Volumes

We understand that each partner has different business scales, transaction volumes, and operational requirements. Therefore, ResellerCamp remains open to discussing special pricing arrangements for partners with specific transaction volumes or business requirements.

Special pricing requests will be reviewed on an individual basis, taking into consideration the partner's volume, business requirements, applicable terms and conditions, and internal approval.

📄 Special Pricing & MoU Updates

For partners who are currently receiving special pricing under an existing agreement or specific program, we will also review and update the relevant MoU/Price Agreement to ensure that the applicable pricing terms remain properly documented and aligned with the updated pricing structure effective November 1, 2026.

For any special pricing that was previously provided but is not covered by an active MoU or other valid written agreement, the applicable pricing will revert to the current standard reseller pricing applicable before November 1, 2026.

Effective November 1, 2026, such pricing will then follow the new standard reseller pricing as set out in the updated price list, unless a renewed special pricing arrangement or specific approval has been granted.

⚙️ Implementation & Price Alignment

Following the effective date of November 1, 2026, if we identify any transactions or pricing configurations that have not yet been aligned with the updated price list, ResellerCamp will make the necessary adjustments to ensure that the applicable pricing follows the new pricing structure.

We will make every effort to ensure that the implementation process is handled carefully and transparently. We understand that any pricing adjustment may require consideration and operational preparation on the partner's side.
